What We Offer

Classes 7 days a week for YOU and your baby/toddler. All of our classes are 30-40 minutes followed by a 20-30 minute social circle.

  • If you are cleared for exercise you are welcome as early as 5 weeks postpartum. Newborns can be worn in a carrier, or stay sleeping in a carseat next to you. We can offer variations on all workouts based on your recovery from giving birth or your fitness level.

  • Baby-wearing is optional! We can help you with your carrier so it fits properly. Our favorite carrier is the Ergo Baby 360.

  • You can bring toddlers who are 4 years and younger! We have many parents who come with a toddler and a baby.

  • You can try 4 classes for $49 (over 2 weeks). We then offer a flexible membership or class pack.

  • We welcome you as you are! We have all fitness levels in all classes! Tell your instructor if you would like variations/modifications if you’re just getting back into the swing of moving your body!

  • Our Signature Workout is a fully standing barre style workout that is a great first choice- especially if you want to baby-wear the whole class. We also offer yoga and booty mat (which is mat pilates).

  • We do all of our workouts barefoot, unless you want to wear sneakers for our booty step aerobics class. We have yoga mats for you to use. We also have baby seats and pillows to lay on. You can bring a baby carrier if you want too!
