As a team of new parents ourselves, we understand the challenges of loneliness, emotional ups and downs, and exhaustion. We invite you rediscover balance as you navigate parenthood. We welcome all stages of parenthood, from trying to conceive to postpartum, at any fitness level. Join us in Portland, Maine.

Classes are for all parents/caregivers with babies 5 weeks to toddlers 4 years old, with baby-wearing optional. We offer drop-ins, class packs, and memberships with perks!

  • I found Baby Booty during my year-long maternity leave home with my daughter. During this time I was able to develop a routine which got us out of the house each day, made authentic connections with other moms at various stages of their own motherhood journeys, and reclaimed my love of the barre & yoga classes I had taken for so many years prior to becoming a parent. While returning to my full-time work as a classroom teacher has profoundly limited our free time, I have continued to prioritize Baby Booty classes as a way of intentionally carving out some time each week that is all my own and to maintain those relationships I have built with fellow members as well as the tiny friendships my daughter has created while joining me at Baby Booty in her first two years of life. We love the sense of community that Baby Booty provides and the workouts continually challenge me to show up and show out!
