Join us at Starting Line (across the parking lot from Baby Booty at 49 Dartmouth St) for a 30-minute walking treadmill workout (baby-wearing optional! Or baby in car seat) and return to run workshop.
Danielle, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and run coach will take you through a guided workout followed by a 30-minute workshop introducing all you need to know about preparing for your return to run postpartum and how to safely get started.
